Short-Term Rental Property Manager (Remote) We are looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing STR portfolio. This role requires strong operational skills, excellent guest communication, and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high guest satisfaction and revenue performance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties Handle guest communication before, during, and after stays Coordinate cleaners, maintenance vendors, and inspections Manage listings, pricing, and calendars across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) Ensure properties meet quality, safety, and brand standards Monitor reviews and implement strategies to maintain 5-star ratings Track expenses, invoices, and basic reporting Requirements 2+ years of experience in short-term rental or property management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with PMS tools (Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, etc.) Ability to manage vendors and handle guest issues independently Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Nice to Have Revenue management or dynamic pricing experience Experience managing luxury or multi-property portfolios Knowledge of US local STR regulations Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CS Outsource by 2x Get notified about new Property Manager jobs in Latin America. #J-18808-Ljbffr
