Prediktive -Latin America, LATAM, United States We are looking for a Product Owner based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Non-profit Organization based in New York. Our client is a nonprofit organization that offers free, 24/7, confidential mental health support via text message, in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Manager and other leaders to ensure product delivery aligns with our client's strategic priorities. Work closely with the development team to ensure features are built correctly, efficiently, and on an established timeline. Act as the voice of the user for the development team, clarifying business and user needs. Define acceptance criteria and validate completed user stories, ensuring delivered work aligns with requirements. Partner with engineering to lead the team's agile ceremonies with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensure effective cross-functional communication across engineering, design, research, customers, and product teams, with an emphasis on clearly communicating dependencies and user needs. Create and maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog. Craft clearly defined epics and user stories with measurable outcomes that drive user value. Anticipate roadblocks and remove them. Discover technical and business dependencies, and create a path forward. Coordinate strategic workstreams across multiple organizations (internal, affiliate, and key service providers) to ensure alignment. Proactively identify improvements for team processes and solutions when challenges arise. Requirements Advanced level of English. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a cloud, B2B or SaaS environment. 1+ years of experience independently gathering and synthesizing requirements from users and stakeholders, and collaborating with design and engineering to translate them into clear, actionable solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborative partnerships with engineering, design, external customers and internal stakeholders across multiple departments. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proven experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Bonus Points Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields. Experience with AI driven features.
