Job Description:Delivering best-in-class service is just the beginning.As Bilingual Senior Customer Care & Collections Representative, you'll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected.You will work with client's designated program administrator to provide quality service and support to ensure service solutions meet business customer needs in all financial care competencies: post-sale customer education on wireless and wireline service, problem solving, providing customers an opportunity to establish payment commitments and assisting to reach the financial goals of the company.**What you'll do**:- Ability to deal with a variety of customers.- Ability to explain and sustain different charges on bills.- Ability to create a sense of urgency on our customers to help them get current on their accounts.- Ability to multi-task; using a computer while wearing a telephone headset, evaluate and offer different payment options for our customers.Take notes and create rapport with customers at the same time.**What you'll bring**:- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.- Previous 1 year collection experience, back-office tasks or wireline or wireless support.- Ability to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFFChanging the speed of business comes with many rewards -starting with your paycheck.Monthly Base Salary**:MXN$24,000.(before Taxes)**Grocery vouchers **MXN $1,583** every 14 daysRestaurant vouchers **MXN $1,267** every 14 days**As an employee of AT&T you'll be eligible for some great rewards**:- Major medical Insurance- Life Insurance- Saving Fund- 30 days of Christmas Bonus- Vacation days, plus three personal days, onsite medical and more.- 50% discount on five lines of AT&T Wireless service.- Paid starting from your first day of training, including some benefits like meal and grocery vouchers.Weekly Hours:- 40- **NO HOME OFFICE POSITION**_**APPLY NOW**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,****** - $24,****** al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Descuento de empleados- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Programa de referidos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensa- Vales de restauranteLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
