The Central Industrial Engineer will be responsible for the planning of productive resources to ensure performance, supply capacity and cost control within logistics areas (warehouses and micrologistics) in short (1-3 months), medium (6-12 months) and long term (2-5 years)The Central Industrial Engineer will adopt quality and continuous improvement as objectives, coordinating with the logistics, manufacturing, EHS, controlling, maintenance and business areas involved in performing cost reduction / avoidance projects (space, personnel, equipment, basic services, etc.).Day to Day- Lead and implement projects to eliminate waste and optimize processes, following standards, legal requirements, and regulations.- Mapping, standardization, and documentation of processes for internal clients.- Prepare quotes, use and business cases for potential projects.- Support activities related to the process of New Product Introduction.- Plan the capacity requirements for new products / volumes to quantify the impact on current and future capacity.- Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the Industrial Engineering team.- Perform shopfloor Time and Methods Study using existing methods and evaluating the potentials.- Observe and analyze processes to determine strengths and weaknesses for improvement opportunities.
