**Job Purpose**:Having an entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical mind, organization, good interpersonal skills, great communication skills, good strategist, with adaptability, innovation, mastery of sales techniques, the business developer has a complete profile.With the ability to develop or generate business in Mexico, Central America and South America, thus being the one who actively supports the growth of the company throughout the region.**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:- Drive new and significant revenue growth by creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close new business opportunities for the company.- Identify, build, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in order to create selling opportunities with new and existing clients.- Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of ASL's strategic solutions and market differentiators in order to deliver products, services, and value to clients.- Work cross-functionally to identify, implement, and execute company solutions that can add value for new and existing clients.- Stay current on industry trends affecting existing and prospective clients in order to provide strategic insight to their business.- Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner for the client during the on boarding process, maintaining high levels of service and ensuring client expectations are met.- Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and opportunities.**Skills Required**:- Experience in the promotional, POS & Print Industry.- Experience in managing and developing a great team.- Team Player: Is committed to the organisation's common goals, and has a focus on what is best for the business rather than suits the individual.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Must be a strategic thinker.- Excellent communicator with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining strong, high-value client relationships.- Passion for start-ups with a mentality to get your hands dirty.You will be expected to provide live feedback on improvements to propositions, internal processes and ways of working.**What are we Offering?**ASL is a good company to work for with a real team environment and plenty of support.We pay competitive salaries and ASL is a company that rewards hard work and looks after employees.**ASL is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
