We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Country Manager for Mexico.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the iGaming industry, specifically in the Mexican market.They should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the local culture and business practices.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored market strategies to drive growth and profitability- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges- Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams to ensure success- Monitor and optimize user experience on our websites- Create and implement promotional strategies to boost market visibility and user engagement- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives- Maintain regular communication with head office, including weekly sync-ups and comprehensive reportingRequirements:- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry- Strong familiarity with Mexican culture, business practices, and economic landscape- Proven track record of navigating regulatory frameworks- Experience managing P&L and large teams within fast-growing organizations- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred- Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English
