Job Description:Position Overview:Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into functional IT specifications.- Execute content management for the eCommerce platform, ensuring product data, descriptions, and multimedia are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding guidelines.- Regularly audit the website to ensure content, layout, and accessibility standards are met, improving user experience.- Facilitate platform enhancements, including testing and user acceptance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.- Keep all stakeholders informed of project updates, timelines, and any risks or challenges that may arise.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field) or 4+ years of relevant experience.- Advanced English skills- Technical experience (oracle CX preferred, HTML/CSS), business analysis and project management (PMP or Scrum certs are a plus), content management- Excellent communication and relationship skills.- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.- Proficiency in HTML/CSS.Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated ability to review, consolidate and communicate with all levels within IS/IT and the user community.- Experience working with platform integrations including CRM, ERP, PIM, DAM, etc.- Project management skills.PMP or Scrum certification welcome.- Strong data analytical skills.(Advanced Excel, SQL)- Problem solving & delivering results.- Ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations.Travel:- Estimated at
