Overview:The**FP&A Sr.Representative** reports to the Supervisor of Financial Planning & Analysis and collaborates with multiple business areas.You will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, complex issues within functional area of expertise and contribute to the overall business strategy.Responsibilities also includes developing and managing data analytics.**Location**:Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Contributes to develop and prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.- Drive profitable growth by providing analysis of results and identifying & tracking key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.- Prepare financial projections for key planning sessions and business plan and prepare critical analysis of business results (Trend Analysis, Productivity Metrics, etc.).- Help drive analytics.Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial information.Actively participate with Operations Management to improve productivity.- Assist with management reporting and communicate results to managers.- Work with International Operations to implement financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives, and to accurately capture the changing business economics and structure.- Increase efficiency into day to day activities, automating routinely tasks and focusing in analysis to support insight-driven discussion and decision in the organization.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.- 2+ years of work related experience in Pricing, Financial Modeling and Analysis.- Master Degree is a plus.- Proficient analytical and numerical skills.- Advanced organizational and time management skills.- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Excel (Macros), SQL, Access and Cognos.- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.- Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances.- Quick learner, strong process orientation.- Fluent in both English & Spanish (will be evaluated).LI-MA1Disclaimer: Colombia - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.We do not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on race, color, age, gender, marital status, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other that undermines human dignity and aims to nullify or impair people ´s rights and freedoms.
