SPIFF Consultant – Poland & South Europe DeliveryWe are looking for a SPIFF Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using SPIFF.LocationLATAM (Brazil and Argentina focus) and Europe.RequirementsStrong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).Proven hands-on experience with SPIFF, including configuration, deployment, and client support.SPIFF University Level 1 and Level 2 certifications (or equivalent expertise).Familiarity with CRM and ERP ecosystems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesServe as a consultant on SPIFF projects, guiding clients through the entire implementation process.Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs, gather requirements, and align solutions with client expectations.Develop and document Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.Design and configure SPIFF logic to meet business objectives and technical specifications.Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UATs), addressing issues and ensuring a smooth implementation.Offer support post-implementation, assisting clients with troubleshooting and optimization.Benefits100% remote opportunity.10 business days of paid vacation per year.Up to 10 national holidays.5 personal days off.Referral program.E-learning and certification coverage, plus access to the goFluent Language Learning Platform.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Information Technology.Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting.#J-*****-Ljbffr
