**About TMF Group**TMF Group is a leading provider of critical administrative services, helping clients invest and operate safely around the world.We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group's teams in 120 offices**JOB PURPOSE**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assist in establishing connectivity of Kyriba towards banks used by TMF's client business globally.This includes interaction with the local business teams on their requirements, liaising with the banks on their file format specifications, system configuration, testing and deployment.- Part of a global, virtual, support team that works together to deliver a consistent service to end-users irrespective of their location or time-zone.Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivery towards our customers.- Preparation of process documentation and assist in annual ISAE********* audit exercises.**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS*****KEY BUSINESS EXPEREINCE- Subject Matter Expert - Banking, Internal Finance or Treasury systems (**Kyriba preferred**)- Familiarity with SWIFT payment and bank statement standards (ISO*****/MT messages)- Experience in **_Alteryx_**_ Analytics, Data Science & Automation Tool_ is a plus- Report Writing tools such as **PowerBI** is a plus- Experience with formal change management processes, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation, project co-ordination & planningCANDIDATE PROFILE- Treasury or Finance background and an understanding of international banking practices**.**:- Interest and experience in automation and reporting utilising a variety of technologies (BI) would be highly desirable.- Fluent in both written and spoken English.**OTHER COMPETENCIES**Operational Excellence- Demonstrates the ability to make decisions based on insight and knowledge that impact the team- Accountable for ensuring high standards of delivery towards clients- Actively engages with business users to understand needs and deliver high quality service- Prioritizes clients' issues and address them accordingly- Will keep up to date with business trends and changes in technologiesCommercial awareness- Understands TMF Groups' business lines and any relevant local regulatory requirements- To appreciate the impact of one's actions on the quality of service provided to our end customersLeadership and resource management- Plans, co-ordinates and manages internal and external resources to deliver results in a timely, accurate and professional manner- Will share knowledge to ensure team targets are metInterpersonal skills- Manages internal and external stakeholders' expectations with regards to delivery and escalations- Builds credibility across all stakeholder groups- Sensitive to different cultures and working styles- Able to engage with individuals all areas of an organisation on area of specialismClient excellence- Proactive in identifying opportunities and seeking solutions- Ensures relevant information is obtained and shared as needed- Takes responsibility for delivering superior products and services- Implements improvements to client service
