Join our team as The Revenue Analyst supports the hotel’s commercial strategy by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution. This role ensures that revenue decisions are data-driven, aligned with market conditions, and designed to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: Data Analysis & Reporting Market & Competitor Analysis Systems & Tools Cross-Functional Collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, analytics, or reservations preferred. Experience with RMS, PMS, CRS, and OTA extranets. Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Ability to communicate complex data clearly. Forecast accuracy (rooms & revenue). RevPAR index (RGI). ADR and occupancy targets. This is an On Site position.
