Our consulting services emphasize analytics enablement, data visualization, data preparation, and data science. We specialize in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Alteryx, KNIME, Power Platform and Snowflake.ResponsibilitiesDeliver on project‑based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization.Manage client expectations by leading weekly status reports and proactively soliciting client feedback through working sessions.Create reporting and data visualization solutions.Analyze, troubleshoot, and / or tune product performance or deployment issues when required.Support or assist with backlog development.Identify and recommend functionality and solutions to meet and enhance user requirements.Recommend best practices to optimize data models, reports, and overall platform architecture.Required Experience5+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and data visualization platforms in an enterprise environment.Strong data visualization skills using Power BI.Data preparation experience using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, or Coalesce is a plus.Demonstrated expertise in data fluency and communicating to business users.Proficiency in SQL leveraging data warehouses, data marts, and/or data models (Snowflake preferred).Exceptional customer‑facing skills, including outstanding communication and project management abilities.Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for learning and mastering new technologies, techniques, and procedures.Preferred Experience2+ years of consulting experience.Expertise with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents.Power BI Service administration experience, including security roles and infrastructure set up.Previous experience scaling Power BI at an enterprise level.Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization, and project delivery.Why phData?Remote‑first work environment.Casual, award‑winning small‑business work environment.Collaborative culture that prizes autonomy, creativity, and transparency.Competitive compensation, excellent benefits, generous PTO plan plus 10 holidays and other cool perks.Accelerated learning and professional development through advanced training and certifications.phData celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
