Robinson**is looking for an **Associate**Freight Pay Analyst**In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for carrier freight pay, handling client invoicing, adjustments, and credits with precision.You'll work closely with clients and carriers to ensure accurate, timely payments while resolving any inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.Beyond daily operations, you'll identify and implement process improvements that enhance overall efficiency and support strategic initiatives.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:- Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified- Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed- Run, format, or distribute reports to provide data for various analytical projects- Identify invoicing errors and discrepancies- Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to review error reports monthly- Analyze current accounts payables and receivables to identify payment discrepancies- Contribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery model- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements**QUALIFICATIONS**Required:- High School Diploma or GED- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requestedPrefer r ed:- Strong organization skills and attention to detail- Friendly and articulate phone demeanor- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to use own judgement and make decisions- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently- Ability to work in fast-paced, professional environment- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment**Disclaimer**:- This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.It is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills required of employees performing this role.CH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, or disability.**Benefits**We offer a competitive benefits plan above the Mexican Labor Law.This includes life and medical insurance, a Wealth Accumulation Plan (Plan de Pensiones), an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and among others, the opportunity to prosper in a Fortune 500 company.
