Your mission, roles and responsibilities Team Management Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant he cumulates this role) Pilot Plant (for ISPG) PC&L (Supply Chain) Engineer Program Logistics Including support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…) Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s) In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers Product interface (manufacturability) Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers Ensure manufacturing feasibility Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management) Your profile and competencies to succeed Ability to handle confidential information Decision-making Effective communication and emotional intelligence Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously Customer Focus Knowledge of both federal and internal regulations Planning and organization of activities and services Collaborative work with team and internal clients Management of development and general training programs Proven technical skills on product and process Ability to manage functional plant Manufacturing Engineering network Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 5 to 10 years of experience in the production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering A good level of English listening and speaking skills is required What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
