**Why Compucom?**Compucom Systems, Inc. provides end-to-end IT managed services to enable the digital workplace for enterprise, midsize and small businesses.To enable our clients to focus on what matters most, we employ a customer-centric, hard-working, and talented group of people that Act Like an Owner, Do the Right Thing, and Have Fun Doing It**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead ServiceNow roadmap development and help define governance for platform usage.- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.- Create and maintain architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints.- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins on best practices.- Evaluate new features, plugins, and integrations and make recommendations for adoption.- Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through proper design.- Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.- Lead design review sessions and ensure development aligns with architectural standards.- Manage upgrades and ensure backward compatibility of customizations and integrations.- Collaborate with ServiceNow product managers, business analysts, and enterprise architects.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).- 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.- Experience designing and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, CMDB, Monitoring Tools, HR Systems).- Deep knowledge of platform architecture, MID servers, ACLs, and service portal design.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.**Preferred Qualifications**:- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.- Exposure to AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow (e.g., Predictive Intelligence).- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.**We offer**- Attractive Salary Base- Major Medical Expense Plan- Life insurance- Saving fund: 10% of your base salary- Christmas bonus averaging 30 days' pay for every year- Grocery & Restaurant vouchers- **If you are interested, please send your resume in English****Equal Employment Opportunity**CompuCom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all employment practices.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, age, disability, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.
