Job details Job Title: Remote Full Stack Developer - HubSpot Focus (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000 - 5,000 USD/month paid via Deel – to be confirmed Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). 6+ hours daily overlap w/ US Pacific Time working hours (until at least 2 pm PT) Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing, award-winning national and Inc. 500 brand in the residential and commercial renovation contracting industry, projected to cross $300M in revenue by 2025. Responsibilities Write efficient code by adhering to software development best practices Conduct quality control checks by testing the functionality of web development projects Assist in the architectural design, development, and deployment of the HubSpot suite and WordPress websites Work closely with project stakeholders, to ensure a mutual understanding of expectations, understanding unique requirements and ensuring web solutions align perfectly with business needs Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization Design, develop, and implement API integrations between HubSpot/WordPress and external platforms, such as Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Make, and email marketing databases. Create and maintain custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HubSpot platform Import, export, and manipulate data as needed to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate HubSpot or WordPress with other tools and systems Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between systems, enabling seamless data flow for targeted marketing efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, and customer service Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis Training and Support: Train and support HubSpot users within the organization, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and best practices and share this knowledge with team members HubSpot Best Practices: Stay informed about HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize HubSpot's usage Implement best practices for lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within the HubSpot platform Optimize websites to ensure the best user experience by looking at speed, security, and mobile Create website experiences that result in an increase in lead generation and customer acquisition Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies 4+ years of full-stack experience, including 3+ years building custom WordPress themes and working with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms Working knowledge of MySQL, DNS, basic server administration, and performance metrics such as Web Vitals Deep experience within the HubSpot ecosystem, including custom modules, objects, fields, data imports, permissions, and native integrations Proven hands-on experience with APIs, data sources, integrations, and data troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow Familiarity with Active Prospect / Lead Conduit and the HubSpot App Marketplace Strong understanding of inbound marketing best practices and modern web design principles Excellent attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills Fluent in written and spoken English with strong client and team communication Self-managed, collaborative, and adaptable professional with integrity and a continuous-learning mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
