Gaia Design es una start up con 8 años en el mercado y + de 700 colaboradores en el giro de mobiliario y accesorios de diseño creados para ayudar a las personas a diseñar la vida que ellos quieren.Somos una compañía con alto nível de dinamismo y excelente cultura organizacional y estamos buscando talento que inspire y contribuya a lograr el propósito de la compañía para a su vez ayudar a nuestros colaboradores a lograr sus sueños.El talento que buscamos actualmente es como **BECARIO DATA ANALYST****Propósito**:Crear visibilidad y tracking del estado de los proyectos y del negocio bajo sus diferentes métricas, generando insights y propuestas de mejora para su equipo y área.**Responsabilidades**:- Dar seguimiento y visibilidad de KPIs del equipo y de la compañía- Generar reportes internos del área y cross áreas de los principales proyectos y métricas de negocio- Proponer acciones de mejora para el equipo, así como KPI que generen valor agregado al negocio- Gestionar el backlog con otras áreas- Diseñar, implementar y medir iniciativas o proyectos alineados a la consecución de objetivos de equipo y negocio**Requisitos**:**.**Escolaridad: estar estudiando ultimo semestre de actuaría, informática, sistemas o carreras afín- Dominio de Excel avanzado- Conocimiento en SQL- Conocimiento en PowerBI o Tableu- Capacidad de pensamiento estratégico y analítico sobre problemas y oportunidades de negocio- Deseable tener conocimiento en herramientas de Google como Google Sheets, Data Studio o Qlickview/Qlicksense- **INDISPENSABLE contar con seguro facultativo o seguro de gastos medicos mayores vigente****Condiciones laborales**:- Disponibilidad para laborar 6 horas- Horario matutino de lunes a viernes- Zona de trabajo: Reforma 26, cerca de Metro Hidalgo- Se ofrece ayuda económica**No dejes pasar la oportunidad e Inicia tu trayectoria laboral en GAIA DESIGN, uno de los startups más importantes y que está catalogado como uno de los 10 unicornios mexicanos**Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempo, AprendizSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutino
