Overview:The main responsibility of the GL - Cash Application Accountant will be month end close processes, including analysis, reconciliation and internal audit type functions.The GL - Cash Application Accountant will also contribute to process improvements and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:- Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended skill.- Basic understanding of GAAP and Accounting Principles.**Experience**:- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent**Please submit your resume in English.****Responsibilities**:- Process daily cash transactions and ensure accurate coding to general ledger accounts (payroll liabilities, interest expense, loan liability accounts, etc.).- Collaborate with Bank Reconciliation Specialist to determine whether all entries have been recorded and recorded to the correct periods.- Prepare schedules and conduct analysis to support month over month fluctuations.- Assist with providing support to external auditors.
