**Position**:Finance Manager**Finance Manager**Join our Finance division at ArrowWe're enhancing our team, and this is your opportunity to be part of it.Our scope is focused on the financial/accounting side of the operation.The Finance Manager will oversee a team of individual contributors who are responsible for maintaining and providing support of financial topics, including accounting, audits, financial reports and providing solutions to business units.In this role, leadership, knowledge, organization, and analytical skills will be key to success.**What You'll Be Doing**- Partner with different business units to deliver quality financial support for decision-making.- Present reports regarding financial information.- Prepare EBS for presentation with corporate stakeholders.- Get involved with day-to-day financial operations, such as audits, taxes, payroll, and major accounting processes.- Coaches and supports team, including responsibility for performance and meeting KPI's.Gets involved on supporting employee on career path.**What Are We Looking For?**- 5 years of experience in a similar role; a 4-year degree is preferred.- Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.- Adaptability, people's skills, resourcefulness, problem solving, hands on.- Proven leadership experience with direct reports.- Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Hyperion and GLwand programs are desirable.**What's in it for you**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.That's why we offer competitive financial compensation, including various compensation plans, and a solid benefits package.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- 40% vacation premium- 12 vacation days- Vision & Dental Assistance- Life Insurance- Healthcare Insurance- Food & Restaurant Vouchers- Savings Fund- Growth Opportunities and more**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:$60,****** - $71,****** MXN Monthly**Location**:MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)**Time Type**:Full time**Job Category**:Accounting/Finance
