EMPRESA LÍDER EN LOGÍSTICASolicita**: In- plant****Requisitos**:- Lic. en Comercio Internacional o carreras afín.- Mínimo 2 años como ejecutivo de tráfico en agencia aduanal o In plant- Inglés intermedio- Manejo de Excel (Tablas dinámicas y formulas básicas)**Conocimientos**:- Conocimiento básico en algún ERP.- Conocimiento en documentos de importacion - exportación.- Conocimiento en calculo de impuestos al comercio exterior.- Experiência en importacion y transporte de material prima, mercancía peligrosa, refrigerada grado alimenticio.- Manejo del idioma ingles intermedio**Funciones**:- Recepción de información y documentación sobre las órdenes de compra internacionales.- Manejo de documentos de transporte- Elaboración de cartas y formatos para las instrucciones del despacho de importación y/o exportación- Reporte de seguimiento y estatus de las operaciones- Coordinación de fechas de liberación y programación de entregas en planta- Seguimiento a los reconocimientos aduaneros- Cierre de las operaciones de despachó de importación y exportación- Revisión de métricas de la operación- Entrega de pedimentos pagados a las áreas administrativas- Conservación del soporte documental derivado de la ejecución de los servicios- Integración del expediente aduanal.- Elaboración de reportes operativos.- Gestión de firma para cartas técnicas.- Seguimiento operativo.- Seguimiento de la logística.
