You will join the **Global Quality – Taste** team within the **Microbiology Laboratory**, a **precise, analytical, and quality‑driven** team where together we create meaningful impact. Your potential is our inspiration.## **Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, materials, and finished products.* Conduct sampling of materials, environmental monitoring, and surface testing.* Manage microbiology laboratory activities following GLP, GMP, and food safety practices.* Oversee lab inventory, reagents, consumables, and logbook management.* Generate requisitions, coordinate purchasing of supplies, and support equipment calibration and maintenance.* Send samples to external laboratories and manage follow‑up on results.* Create, assess, and close quality notifications and out‑of‑specification (OOS) results.* Update procedures, instructions, forms, and calibration programs.* Participate in safety, environmental, quality, and food safety activities within the plant.## **What Makes You the Right Fit*** Degree in QBP, QFB, Food Engineering, or related fields in regulated industries.* **2–3 years of experience in microbiology laboratories** (preferably food or pharmaceutical sectors).* Strong experience in **material sampling**, environmental monitoring, and trend analysis.* Solid knowledge of **Quality Control, GLP, GMP, food safety and microbiology techniques**.* Experience with **microbiology laboratory equipment** and laboratory waste management.* Proficiency in **SAP Quality transactions and Notifications**.* Ability to work rotating shifts and availability for alternate Saturdays.* High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in managing analytical results.* Effective communication and teamwork skills to support internal processes.## **How You Will Make an Impact*** Ensuring reliable microbiological results that protect product safety and quality.* Supporting continuous improvement within laboratory processes.* Operating with strong compliance, safety, and quality discipline.* Work in a key laboratory supporting the Taste business.* Technical development in microbiology within a global organization.* Stable rotating‑shift structure.* Culture focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence.* Opportunities for learning in a highly regulated environment.* Cross‑functional collaboration within plant operations.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
