Responsibilities Support the implementation and compliance of the Solar EHSS‑Assurance Management System in the districts and/or the region. Support in the field with onshore and offshore visits to recognize hazards and identify risks to which personnel may be exposed. Teach and/or coordinate the program of training courses on EHSS. Collaborate in the interpretation of data and generation of EHSS/SGI metrics and their dissemination. Collaborate in the collection of incident reports and their investigation. Actively participate in the tasks related to compliance with the Pemex SSPA Annex in the projects, including the preparation/review of formats, effective on‑site audits, preparation, preparation and monthly delivery of documents, delivery/review of evidence, among others. Prepare, update, implement and disseminate administrative and operational procedures on various topics such as Emergency Response Plans, Vehicular Policy, Selection Procedure, Use and Management of Personal Protective Equipment, Bridging documents, etc. Participate in the implementation of Ergonomic, Environmental, Grassroots projects, etc. Support the management and as an active member of the Safety and Hygiene Commissions and/or the Emergency Brigades. Collaborate in general activities such as the review of national and/or local EHS regulations, weekly safety meetings, monthly EHSS management reviews, etc. Education Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, Environmental engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering, Safety, or related career. Minimum Required Experience 1 year of experience with basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, balance of plant and minimum capacity to diagnose root causes of discrepancies in EHSS aspects in said systems. Knowledge of the Pemex SSPA Annex. Knowledge of Mexican legislation and regulations applicable to Safety, Health and the Environment. Required Intermediate English level (Foundation level Part 1 and 2 / Progressive level / Intermediate level). Computer skills - Microsoft Office 365. Current Driver's License and skills for safe driving of vehicles in the city and on the highway. Desirable (not essential) Advanced courses or studies on EHS (Diploma or Master's Degree in Safety, Health and Environment, Environmental Management or similar), Defensive Driving, Survival at Sea, T-HUET, have a valid Sea Book for activities in offshore sites (marine platforms).
