Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Governance, Risk and Compliance expert to play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's cybersecurity governance strategy.Sr.Compliance Lead: Serve as the primary compliance representative at the corporate office, promote accountability and proactive risk management across business units.Policy Governance: Oversee the annual review and update of internal policies aligned with frameworks such as SCF, PCI DSS, and ISO *****.Audit & Vendor Governance: Lead coordination of external audit responses and annual vendor risk assessments.Cybersecurity Awareness Strategy: Design and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, and business units to embed compliance into operational workflows.About This RoleWe value collaboration, open communication, and transparency.Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.The successful candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk management, and compliance with experience in leading large-scale projects.Key Responsibilities:Action-oriented and result-driven individual with ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
