Senior Maintenance Engineer

Our team is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance work and remodeling equipment and machinery across the entire plant, ensuring high effectiveness in meeting departmental indicators.They must guarantee adherence to industrial safety standards, quality, sanitation, and food safety, achieving optimal productivity at all times.We are seeking someone with a strong background in engineering or a related field, preferably holding a Master's Degree or diploma in administration or leadership.Additionally, they should possess advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, and TPM (planned and autonomous maintenance).The idóneo candidate will have excellent time and activity management skills, as well as experience with budgeting, reporting, and analysis.Strong communication and negotiation abilities, teamwork, leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills are also essential.The selected individual will be proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Maintenance Software MP9, with expertise in technical areas such as pneumatics, PLC control systems, steam generators, industrial refrigeration, pumps, air compressors, and basic statistics.Familiarity with internal audits, expense management, and supplier relations is highly desirable.As a key member of our team, you will contribute to promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate maintenance work and remodeling projects across the plantEnsure adherence to industrial safety standards, quality, sanitation, and food safetyManage budgets, expenses, and resource allocationLead teams, promote a culture of excellence, and foster innovationDevelop and implement process improvements, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reportsFoster positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and colleaguesIf you are a motivated professional with a passion for maintenance coordination and a drive for results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related fieldAdvanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, and TPMExcellent time and activity management skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilitiesLeadership, initiative, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Maintenance Software MP9Familiarity with internal audits, expense management, and supplier relations#J-*****-Ljbffr
