This role is responsible for designing and executing automated test strategies, auditing test results, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products. A key focus of this position is the development and integration of AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in intelligent automation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Agile development teams.Responsibilities and DutiesDesign and implement automated test casesDevelop and manage AI-driven agents to optimize test execution, coverage, and efficiencyAudit and maintain automated test results and scriptsPerform performance, load, and stress testingIdentify, report, and track software bugsCollaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolutionEnsure software meets defined quality and reliability standardsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on test automationProven experience in performance, load, and stress testing of web/mobile-based applicationsDemonstrated experience designing, implementing, or integrating AI agents for test automation workflowsHands-on experience with automation tools such as Testim (preferred), Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similarFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systemsExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailQualifications and SkillsStrong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Testim, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, etc.Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverageSolid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and software development life cyclesExperience with performance and stress testing toolsProficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, etcFamiliarity with API testingExperience with CI/CD toolsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, Agile environments with strong attention to detailEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is MTech’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
