The candidate will be part of a technical team providing SAP AMS support for SAP S4, BW, SOLMAN, BI, APO across multiple SAP landscapes worldwide. The role requires broad professional services knowledge and expertise in configuring and supporting various SAP security scenarios. Qualifications Basic Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP. Good experience with SAP applications such as S4HANA, BW/BI, GRC, SOLMAN. AMS support experience for SAP is mandatory. Role and Responsibilities Experience with newer SAP applications such as S4HANA and Fiori. Knowledge of GRC 12.1 access‑control support activities in ARM, EAM, and ARA. Knowledgeable on different user and role types, SAP authorization concepts, roles/activity groups, and user administration on various SAP platforms. Experience in AMS support projects for SAP security implementations, including analysis with client business users, UAT and regression testing, and change management to higher environments. Extensive experience in designing and developing SAP security policies. Understanding of identifying, approaching, and mitigating segregation‑of‑duty conflicts. Extensive experience resolving SoD conflicts in collaboration with the business department. Required Skills And Experience In‑depth SAP security understanding. Ability to understand business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Strong understanding of integration of SAP modules in end‑to‑end business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a large, diverse, and globally distributed team. Experience with estimation techniques is an added advantage. Proficient in English, written and spoken. Willingness to work in shifts. Proactive approach to problem solving. This job may entail extensive travel (if required). The role may also require extended periods of working at a computer or in a hybrid mode (remote/client or Infosys facilities).
