We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist who thrives on testing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable growth. You’ll own strategy and execution end to end — from building high‑performing structures to managing six‑figure budgets — while collaborating with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to push results further every week. If you’re equal parts analytical and creative, obsessed with improving ROAS, and excited by the pace of high‑growth eCommerce, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact. 🛠 What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube). Design smart campaign structures, allocate budgets, and refine audience targeting for maximum ROI. Run creative testing frameworks to boost CTR, CVR, and LTV. Analyze daily performance data to make actionable, real‑time optimizations that scale profitably. Partner with creative, CRO and analytics teams to build cohesive, conversion‑driven campaigns. Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and emerging tools to keep your accounts performing at their peak. ✅ What We’re Looking For 3–4+ years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands. Proven success scaling large Meta budgets. Deep understanding of funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and remarketing. ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR, LTV. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Shopify and attribution tracking. Excellent written and spoken English for reporting and client‑facing strategy calls. 🌟 Bonus Points Experience with U.S.-based eCommerce agencies or brands. Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Klaviyo.
