Sales Manager, Food Retail Join to apply for the Sales Manager, Food Retail role at Danfoss. The Impact You'll Make As our Food Retail Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable refrigeration in Mexico with modern solutions such as natural refrigerants and energy saving applications. You will lead a passionate sales team to strengthen relationships with key OEMs, contractors, and Supermarket, Convenience Store and Cold Storage end users – enabling them to grow their business with the vast product portfolio available to bring to your customers Danfoss energy‑efficient solutions. Your impact? You’ll turn customer partnerships into long‑term growth stories, empower your team to reach new heights, and help advance Danfoss’ mission of Building a Better Future through innovation, sustainability, and customer excellence. You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more innovative future. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and inspire a high‑performing sales team to deliver growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Be in charge of one of the highest Growth Divisions in Danfoss managing high‑tech solutions and appealing products that enable the customers operation with sustainable and energy‑efficient solutions. Take the ownership of a vast product portfolio, defining the strategy and the go‑to‑the‑market for each of the product available. Develop partnerships with strategic customers, translating their needs into actionable business plans and growth opportunities. Drive execution of sales strategies across regions and channels, ensuring focus on integrated Danfoss solutions. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of sales experience with at least 1–3 years in leadership roles. Technical understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, drives, or automation systems. Fluent in English; excellent communications skills on executive environments. Proven success in team leadership, account management, and customer relationship development.
