Industrial Engineering- Posto indeterminato- Esperto del mestiere- FAULHABER has been producing and distributing drive solutions in Switzerland for more than 60 years.In June ****, the four subsidiaries in Switzerland merged into a single company under the new name Faulhaber SA.The headquarters are located in Croglio, Ticino, where Faulhaber initially founded its first Swiss location in ****.The site in Croglio, located close to the Italian border, is covering an area of around **** m2 and employs more than 300 people who develop and produce a broad spectrum of motor, gearhead and linear drive technology that form part of the extensive range of FAULHABER products.**Scopo del ruolo**:Garantire l'industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti operando da tramite tra il reparto R&D (che progetta) e la Produzione (che appunto produce), senza dimenticare le esigenze di Product Managers e Qualità.**Responsabilità**:- Guidare team di progetto IE e partecipare attivamente a team di progetto interdisciplinari, interdipartimentali e internazionali con focus sull'industrializzazione- Definire, specificare e implementare i processi di produzione tenendo conto dei costi e delle tempistiche di implementazione- Coordinare e collaborare con partner interni ed esterni per lo sviluppo e l'implementazione dei processi definiti- Creare la documentazione di qualificazione e montaggio- Valutare le richieste di nuovi prodotti per la producibilità (fattibilità técnica, rischi di scarto e costi, rischi per salute e ambiente, volumi necessari)- Sviluppare concetti di Produzione e pianificare le linee tenendo conto degli aspetti legati alle diverse location- Eseguire e supportare i ramp-up dei prodotto**Profilo**:- Laurea con indirizzo meccanico o meccatronico- Conoscenza approfondita dei principi dell'industrializzazione e esperienza nell'applicazione degli stessi- Inglese fluente.Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del tedesco- Abitudine a lavorare con flussi e processi standard definiti con attitudine al continuo miglioramento- Fortemente motivato e capace di lavorare sotto pressione dovuta a target di tempi e costi sfidanti.Elevata flessibilità legata a Multiproject e a cambi di priorità.- Capace di lavorare in team collaborando sia all'interno del proprio reparto che nel team di progetto- Mentalità strutturata in grado di utilizzare correntemente gli strumenti di project management (gestione técnica, economica e delle tempistiche)***:**Benefits**:- Canteen- Barrier-free- Parking lots- Flexible working conditions- Well-being initiatives- Giovanna Biggi- Faulhaber SA- Via Cantonale **** Croglio
