Job DescriptionKey Activities / Deliverables:Preparation and supervision of shareholders' meeting, powers of attorney, capital increases and reductions, M&A, and spin-offs and all corporate issues related to companies of the Kraft Heinz Group in Mexico (including corporate consultancy issues and support to the Global team in matters related to Brazilian companies.)Advising on legal and regulatory matters impacting legal compliance (labor, commercial, etc.).Ensuring company's compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and standard legal practices, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.Drafting and managing commercial contracts to ensure corporate protection.Identify relevant legal risk for the BU and determine the optimal course of action.Analyze, prepare and negotiate financial, tax and commercial contracts.Supervise law firms hired for corporate and contracts matters.Experiences / Education:Bachelor's degree in lawPost-Graduation in Corporate LawSolid background with corporate law and M&ASkills (Knowledge / Capabilities):Hands-onStrategic visionTeamworkResults-orientatedAdvanced EnglishOffice (Word – Excel – Power Point)Location(s)Mexico, D.F.Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
