Job DescriptionBasic purposeMaintain continuity of supplies based on the company's policies.Strategic management of procurement through the permanent search of alternative sources of supplies, location of new products and materials according to company's needs.Main Responsibilities Of The PositionDevelopment of sourcing strategies.Revision of quotations and commercial conditions to support the purchase of materials or services.Negotiation of prices, volumes, delivery times and quality.Management, and development of suppliers.Evaluation of product portfolio and offering opportunities.Cost and demand analysis.Elaboration of contracts.Request for quotations, follow up requisitions, creation of purchase orders.Processing advanced payments.Carrying out bidding for projects.Permanent search for suppliers to optimize cost and delivery times.Elaboration of monthly reportsSupervise material delivery on time.Constant communication with customers to identify clearly our customer's needs.Evaluate supplier performance.Negotiate credit terms with national and foreign suppliers.Enforce the policies, guidelines and procedures of the purchasing department.Procedures to obtain credit with suppliers in accordance with corporate policies.Market analysis to identify factors that affect the cost of products.Education And ExperienceScholarship: International Trading, Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.Experience: Buying, negotiations, suppliers, bidding, international and national logistic.Software: Microsoft Office, Oracle (preferred)Language: Advanced English#J-*****-Ljbffr
