OverviewRecruiter (Global) Location : RemoteCompany : Type : Independent Contractor (Full-Time Schedule, EST-Based Hours)Future-Able is conducting a search for a Recruiter (Global) to work for : Naked & Thriving is a fast-growing, founder-led clean-beauty and skincare brand dedicated to helping everyone achieve a healthy, natural glow.Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free from synthetic ingredients, carefully crafted using high-quality botanicals and sustainable business practices.As we expand across categories, channels, and countries, our team continues to blend creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to excellence.ResponsibilitiesThe Recruiter (Global) will lead full-cycle recruiting for junior-to mid-level roles globally, including both employees and independent contractors working on a full-time schedule.based HR Manager to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process across time zones.Manage end-to-end recruiting for all junior - to mid-level roles globally (employees and independent contractors on a full-time schedule).Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other targeted channels to attract high-quality applicants.Optimize job postings with relevant keywords, skills, industries, and hashtags to ensure visibility to the right audiences.Conduct applicant screening (review profiles and resumes to identify qualified candidates).Conduct screening interviews via phone or video to assess candidates against the job specification, evaluating experience, skills, English fluency, and cultural fit.During these interviews, confirm candidates' understanding of job responsibilities and expectations, including work hours aligned to EST and independent contractor status for international roles.Evaluate candidates' understanding of Naked & Thriving's DTC business model, including how brand, creative, performance marketing, operations, and project management work together, and differentiate skill sets accordingly.Review books, portfolios, or work samples for creative, content, or brand roles where appropriate.Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate tracker or applicant-tracking system.Provide hiring updates and reports to hiring managers and the HR Manager.Support offer preparation and hand-off to the HR Manager for negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding.Help refine recruiting processes, reporting, and tools to improve efficiency and quality over time.2–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally for growing consumer or DTC brands.QualificationsStrong English communication skills, spoken and written.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and comfort building Boolean searches and optimized job postings.Comfortable working as an independent contractor with a full-time schedule and collaborating remotely with U. Experience in other global markets is a plus.Compensation & Contract DetailsIndependent contractor role with a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST).Contractors are engaged directly by Naked & Thriving as independent professionals and are responsible for their own local taxes, benefits, and compliance with applicable regulations.USD-based compensation (contract).Fully remote work.Eligibility for bonuses based on business and personal performance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
