DescriptionEn AXEN IT Consulting estamos creciendo exponencialmente con clientes con grandes proyecciones de crecimiento, Contamos con más de 25 años de experiência en el mercado de servicios de tecnologías de la información, Enfocados en nuestro crecimiento y al mismo tiempo ofreciendo planes de mejora a nuestro talento, Actualmente estamos buscando "IPC Analyst" con el siguiente perfil:IT Career or similarExperience on ITIL Processes / Certification on ITIL desirableExperience on the IPC process wirh servicenowData Analysis Skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI)Project management and Team Management experienceIT operation experience / Techncal IT background desirableProactiveEnglish required**Requirements**:+ 3 years runing Incident / Problem / Change processes**Responsibilities**:Activities / ResponsibilitiesAprove IT ChangesParticipation on CAB MeetingsDefine and follow up continuos improvements actionsCreate processes performance reportsSuppot Company operation on ITIL processes alignmentCoordinate definition of blackout and maintenance windows (monthly and annual)Anlyze process performance and define improvements actionsManage Continuos improvement projectsOperative meetings with IPC operative teamsSend monthly and annual blackout notificationsApprove extemporary maintenance windowsSupport compliance and audit requirementsAnnual review of Proceses Interface Manuals (PIMs)Design and maintain onboarding training process for new It members and support teamsAssure notification are sent for maintenance windows (dev/qas/prod) for critical environmentsPromote creation of standard changesResolve escalation on processes operationMonthly session with opeation team to revew Requirements, failures and escalation5 years
