The Service Analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for executing day to day customer service activities, while ensuring adherence to Citi's policies and guidelines, in coordination with the Customer Service function.The overall objective is to resolve client inquiries and issues and to provide on-going customer support.**Responsibilities**:- Assist with the administration of compliance procedures and control systems for the business review department, including monitoring, researching and responding to compliance related inquiries across all product lines- Ensure accuracy of research and compliance advice provided to members of sales force team- Develop information regarding required changes in reports and procedures- Assist with the preparation of written and verbal reports for senior management on compliance program status, issues, trends and concerns- Support sales force and management by implementing recommendations concerning changes, improvements and enhancements- Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- Previous relevant experience preferred- Series 6 and 26 License.- Fundamental understanding of industry regulations in the US and Canada, extensive understanding of systems, products and culture- Effective verbal and written communication- Influencing and relationship management skills- Proven ability to creatively solve problems**Education**:- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Key Responsibilities**:- Revisar y rediseñar procesos operativos prácticos para reducir tiempos, identificar riesgos, establecer controles para asegurar la correcta operación y elevar la productividad.- Validar cambios tecnologicos en ambientes UAT y Producción para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento para su operación.- Capacitar a nível nacional los proyectos a implementar, así como los cambios a los procesos existentes.- Desarrollar mejoras en los procesos y soluciones que ayuden a agilizar el flujo de trabajo operativo.- Resolver problemas variados y complejos mediante el criterio profesional, la discreción y la experiência comercial.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia**Knowledge/Experience**:- Conocimiento procesos de la Banca Comercial y la normatividad para sucursales.- Enfoque a diseño de mejoras continuas de procesos- Gestión de riesgos**Educación**- Deseable licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.**Skills**:- Excelente comunicación y redacción- Negociación- Capacidad de análisis- Relaciones interpersonales- Conocimientos en procesos de sucursales, principalmente dominio de procesos Post Venta.- Conocimiento de plataformas de sucursal:- Admwin- Platino- Eclipse (BPM, OD, OC)- TEOS**Qualifications**:- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência en actividades similares, al menos 2 años de experiência en sucursal.- Dominio de Procesos Post Venta.- Deseable conocimientos de Microsoft Office.- Capacidades demostradas de organización para priorizar múltiples tareas.- Habilidades comprobadas de investigación y análisis.- Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión.**Competencies**:- Orientación a resultados y actitud proactiva- Capacidad de negociación y resolución de problemas- Habilidades interpersonales y trabajo en equipo- Capacidad de expresión oral y presentaciones en público**EVALUACION PLUM**Como parte de tu proceso de reclutamiento, completarás algunas evaluaciones.Para ello, una vez que envíes tu información en Workday, recibirás un mail por parte de nuestro proveedor con las instrucciones y un enlace personalizado para que crees tu perfil en las plataformas e inicies la evaluación.De forma previa a realizar tu prueba, te recordamos leer cuidadosamente los Términos y Condiciones del proveedor, así como el Aviso de Privacidad que pondrá a tu disposición.Una vez que completes la evaluación, te estaremos contactando para los siguientes pasos.- **Job Family Group**:Customer Service- **Job Family**:Service- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sex
