Salesforce Administrator

*Responsibilities*- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.- Maintaining the sales, manufacturing, and service cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.- Preparing reports for sales and other departments.- System integration and administration of all Salesforce connected programs- Tracking sales funnel from lead to deployment- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes- Work across departments to meet expectations and goals.- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving**Requirements**:- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience- 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience- Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model- Experience with Salesforce change management- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies- Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users- Experience building effective partnerships with business owners and technical partnersPreferred Qualificaitons- Experience owning integrations or large-scale migrations- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification- Experience developing in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Design, and/or Visualforce page- Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams- Bilingual: Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Spanish)- Bachelor's degree required- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.- Advanced excel or data modeling skills with a strong understanding of BI tools and analytical models.- You've got positive energy.You're optimistic about the future and determined to get there.- You are never tired of learning.- You appreciate direct communication.You're both an active communicator and an eager listener.- You have a "can do" attitude.Owning a problem doesn't scare you, but rather empowers you to take 100% responsibility for achieving our mission.- Worked in Tech start-up space and familiar with juggling multiple hats- Previously worked at SaaS company in an operations role**Benefits**- Competitive salary- Law Benefits- Major Medical Expenses (Includes Vision and Dental)- Minor Medical Expenses- Life insurance- Monthly transportation support- Monthly cell phone support- Professional Development Support- Referral Bonus
