The Head of Digital Processes is responsible for managing the governance and performance of all digitalized global processes across Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). This role ensures that process owners work collaboratively to deliver integrated, efficient, and compliant processes that support organizational goals and enable scalability. Your Tasks Define the vision and roadmap for global digital process governance and improvement Lead and develop the Global Process Owner team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing Ensure alignment and integration between different global processes to optimize end-to-end value chains Establish global standards, frameworks, and controls for digital process management Oversee process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all domains Partner with IT and digital teams to implement tools that support process automation and analytics Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and GPOs, ensuring strategic alignment Lead global transformation initiatives and manage organizational change effectively Your Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, or a related field Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar are advantage Extensive experience in global process management and leadership roles Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving process transformation Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and digital transformation Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Your Benefits Current possibility of up to 60% mobile working (homeoffice) Entitlement to 30 days paid leave per year Flexible working hours through appropriate working time models Internal and external training opportunities through the ENERCON Academy Holistic commitment to company pension schemes Private disability insurance at special conditions Exciting and varied activities in the green growth industry of wind energy Contact Details Viktoria Steinhauser VIKTORIA.STEINHAUSER@ENERCON.DE +49 4941 927244 Please note that for organizational reasons we can only accept applications via our online portal.
