Manager, Finance

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for overseeing the organization's financial reporting and internal control systems (statutory & management reporting) Complete timely and accurate month end closing Monthly analytical review, balance sheet account reconciliations, variance analysis and monthly reporting packages Developing and implementing an annual budget process, monthly forecast methodology and daily / weekly P&Ls Coordination with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Billing, Treasury and other corporate areas including Tax Knowledge of Payroll coordination and controls including Social Security, Payroll Tax, etc. Good knowledge and follow up of Electronic Invoicing to customers Project Management for various business and finance topics including new businesses and others Assisting with all quarterly and year-end audit requirements Financial Compliance and Internal Controls High level of ethics, responsibility and honesty QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPC certification is desirable) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance roles Knowledge of principles and practices used in accounting (IFRS) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – especially Excel Experience in a hands‑on, operationally focused finance role previously Proficient in English Logistics industry experience is a plus Please note: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
