This person will be responsible for collecting release information, documenting the release, and coordinating the technical release rollout and supporting the team with testing phases as part of the releases.# **We offer:****Responsibilities:*** Preparation and implementation of releases and hotfixes in the productive IT application landscape from the NA business side.* Coordination, continuous updating, and communication of the release plan based on the scope.* Coordination with agile development teams on the content/change requests of the releases and creation of the release documentation.* Collaborate with the Test Manager and Release Manager to ensure smooth testing of releases.* Evaluate risks related to release processes, timelines and dependenecies with Major Project Releases and work on mitigation strategy, respectively.* Define, update, and document the approval process in parallel to the Release Cycles* Coordinate the release plan in alignment with release cycle and deployment planning from the NA scope and business.* Collaboration in an international, large-scale transformation project - working with a globally distributed team.# **Tasks and Qualifications:****Preferred Technology stack :*** SAP S/4HANA* SAP BW4HANA and SAP MDG* SAP cloud solutions (CPQ, FSM, SAC, DWC, and others)* SAP Solution Manager and RealTech SmartChange transport tool* Various tools for CI/CD* RemedyForce, ServiceNow**Prefererd skills and experience:*** Professional experience on release management* Knowledge of SAP Logistics Software,* Basic knowledge of SAP logistics software for non-SAP and in-house developments, Salesforce* Experience in working in a project environment* Good communication and analytical skills* Fluency in written and spoken English#LI-AM3locations: Guadalupe, Mexicotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Ago**KION brands keep the world moving – globally, regionally, and locally.**KION is the Supply Chain Solutions Company.
