Liderar y supervisar equipos de nómina para garantizar un procesamiento oportuno y preciso de la misma, en línea con las regulaciones fiscales y los requisitos de control interno.- Dirigir implementaciones del sistema de nómina, y garantizar la calidad en cada uno de los procesos- Construir relaciones estratégicas con otras áreas y colaborar con socios clave para lograr los resultados deseados- Identificar de manera proactiva la mejora operativa y liderar el cambio- Gestión de equipos y eliminación de obstáculos en los procesos diarios o implementaciones de sistemas.- Liderar y completar oportunamente proyectos especiales e iniciativas globales según sea necesario- Poseer un pensamiento estratégico para la eliminación de brechas y poseer un enfoque orientado a buscar oportunidades para consolidar y mejorar procesos**Additional Job Description**Realizar actividades de supervisión y liderazgo relacionadas a la nómica hourly de GM México, garantizando la correcta ejecución y calidad en cada uno de los procesos P.ee.(Cálculos, terminaciones, finiquitos, LFT, IMSS)- Posición Híbrida de 1 a 3 días en oficina.Escolaridad: Lic.
