Are you inspired by challenging the status quo?Do you thrive in collaborative environments that drive results?If so, Gates could be for you.Let's simplify it, think belts and hoses.Found in motorcycles, conveyor belts, cars, tractors, blenders, vacuum cleaners, bicycles, & 3D printers just to name a few.Because why not do it all?**WHAT TO EXPECT**As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team.Located in our Center of Excellence in Santa Fe, Mexico, the Global Compliance/Release Management Analyst is a key role in our growing IT Global Services (ITGC) Team.This position is full-time, permanent, and is salaried with standard work hours, and no travel.We are looking for someone who can start immediately.**Key Responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Assist the Global Compliance Manager with gathering internal IT audit documentation required for control activity completion and maintaining the central audit repository.- Support assigned IT control owners in all aspects of activities and documentation to meet and pass audit requirements, change and release management.- Assist the Global Change Manager with change management related responsibilities with focus on managing tasks for Release Management processes during the Oracle ERP upgrade operational activities, object migration, version control and validation of testing/approval.- Provide technical support related to change management to assist with scheduling, bundling releases and version control tracking of Oracle ERP Upgrade changes, required patches and related patch analysis logs (PAL).- Work on tasks & changes related to change management with primary focus on the release management activities.The Global Compliance/Release Management Analyst will be part of the Compliance and Change Management team with focus on the Oracle ERP upgrade.The role encompasses several responsibilities, including the following tasks related to Global ITGC Compliance and Release Management:The Global Compliance/Release Management Analyst position reports to the Global IT Change and Compliance Manager.In collaboration with Gates Compliance & Control business partners and partner teams across IT, you will be responsible for assisting with Gates IT auditing, adherence to control activity completion, assessing process improvement recommendations as it pertains to Global Compliance while continuously improving internal controls and coordination with your manager to meet the needs of internal and external auditors.You will also work with your manager and the Oracle ERP project manager to manage the tasks associated with Change and Release Management for the Oracle team and Oracle ERP upgrade project.Provide Change and Release Management support for a high volume of object changes and software configuration management.**ABOUT YOU**- Strategic thinker, able to understand and help architect technology and business processes, and maintain a business and customer focus- Experience with SOX, SOC, ISO ***** and NIST controls- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical and non-technical with all levels of staff and management.- Demonstrates an ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others.- Highly passionate and self-motivated.- Experience with internal audit and compliance with SOX controls (at least 4 years hands on experience)- Experience with ITIL Change Management, Release Management and SOX control expertise (at least 2 years hands on experience preferred).- Experience with IT audit processes and documentation.- Architectural knowledge for documentation creation expertise- Experience with Linux OS (RHEL & Ubuntu), Oracle Database and Application, Serena ChangeMan, ManageEngine Service Desk + (MESD+), and SharePoint.- Experience with internal and external audit processes and requirements.**Preferred Qualifications**- 4-year university degree (equivalent work experience can be substituted for educational requirements)- 5+ years directly related experience with a focus on Change Management, Release Management and SOX audit controls and compliance in a global corporation- Obtained or demonstrates an active pursuit of one or more of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), IT Auditor, ITIL Change Management or ITIL Foundation certifications, or other related certifications.- Outstanding problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a great understanding of IT compliance controls.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, in computer science, Change Management, Release Management, IT Compliance or other related field of study.- 3+ years in a global role with change management and/or compliance.- Have a thorough understanding of SOX, PCAOB, ITIL, and other relevant compliance and change management regu
