El encargado de inbound sales es el responsable de cumplir el funnel completo deventas, ser el principal contacto y convertir los leads a clientes para generar una base deingresos para la empresa.Boletia busca consolidar el canal inbound como un canal constante y efectivo, que sealimente en volumen de campañas estratégicas y el perfil orgánico que la compañíapercibe en la industria.Como inbound sales trabajarás de la mano con el equipo de marketing, recibirás de maneradiaria los MQL de acuerdo a los canales y campañas activas buscando una conversión sanay efectiva.El encargado de inbound sales maneja la cartera completa en un proceso de embudo deventas desde Hubspot, buscando cumplir con un primer contacto efectivo en no más de 24horas y buscando de manera constante identificar las estrategias necesarias para hacer elciclo de venta lo más corto posible.De igual manera, tiene la facilidad de llevar un control en tiempo real de la cartera, llenandola información necesaria para entregar reportes semanales, innovando y sugiriendo mejoraconstante que mejore la experiência al cliente.**Responsabilidades**:- Conversión de los lead inboud en clientes- Mantener el CRM (Hubspot) actualizado- Calificar e identificar el potencial de los lead para mejorar su rendimiento**Experiência**:- 2 años en trato directo con cliente.- 2 años en ventas B2B- Uso de Hubspot**Habilidades**:- Poder de persuasión- Comunicación efectiva.- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.- Entendimiento profundo del funcionamiento de Hubspot- Conocimiento de un embudo de ventas- Orientación a servicio.- Alto nível de empatía.- Facilidad de palabra.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:- Salario base competitivo- Trabajo remoto- Prestaciones de ley (Aguinaldo 15 días, prima vacacional 25%, Imss cotizando al100%)- Vacaciones de 10 días desde el primer año- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores, de vida y funerarios- Apoyo para pago de internet y aprendizaje- Total Pass, Comunicate y Nutrióloga- Alianzas con otras empresas para increíbles descuentos- Programa de educación financiera
