About SDG GroupSDG Group is a global consulting firm specialized in Data & Analytics.We are committed to unlocking organizations' potential by offering in-depth analytics expertise that empowers our clients to become successful data-driven enterprises.Innovation is in our DNA; we constantly innovate our value proposition with cutting-edge laboratories and transformational models to provide the ultimate analytics practices and solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced data and analytics professional to join ourGlobal Commercial Analytics team.In this role, you will develop and automate data transformation pipelines, integrating data sources from across the business to drive customer understanding and operational efficiency.As a key member of the analytics team, you will influence the tech stack and frameworks we develop while collaborating with departments like Marketing, Sales, Digital, Supply Chain, and eCommerce.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Data Pipelines:Use SQL and Python to write production-quality code that meets the data transformation needs of analysts, data scientists, and other business partners.Design Data Models:Translate business requirements into well-documented data models and help design transparent ELT pipelines that deliver timely and accurate data.Support Analytics Infrastructure:Support the use of analytics platforms and data science workflows while identifying opportunities to strengthen and scale our data foundation.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with various business units to understand data needs and identify opportunities to use data to drive business solutions.Technical Communication:Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.Vendor & IT Partnership:Evaluate external partners for analytics initiatives and partner with IT to align on data architecture, tools, and other technologies.Required QualificationsExperience:At least 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst, data scientist, analytics engineer, or data engineer.Educational Background:A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.Technical Skills:Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and/or Python to wrangle and integrate data.Practical experience using data visualization or BI tools like Domo or Tableau.Data Engineering Knowledge:A strong understanding of modern data warehouse design principles and data engineering best practices.Business Acumen:A commercially astute individual with strategic capabilities and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.Preferred QualificationsA Master\'s Degreein a quantitative field.Demonstrated experience withGit/GitHub, dbt Core/Cloud, and Airflow.Understanding of marketing analytics conceptslike marketing mix modeling, churn risk prediction, and customer lifetime value.Familiarity withSAP systems (ECC, C4C, S4 HANA).What We OfferStability and Growth:Full-time employment in a growing global company with a meritocratic culture that provides opportunities for professional growth.Competitive Compensation:A competitive salary and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match.Comprehensive Benefits:Robust healthcare and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability coverage.Work-Life Balance:3+ weeks of paid vacation, a flexible holiday schedule, and hybrid/remote working arrangements.Supportive Community:A welcoming, collaborative, and inclusive culture recognized as a Best Place to Work, where you can make an impact.#J-*****-Ljbffr
