**Summary****Responsabilities**- Learn customer business processes and gain an understanding of all data sources in order to accurately support post-production issues- Assists in system maintenance requests and works as a back up to administer data access security rights to users of ERP- Assist in installation of ERP upgrades including subsequent upgrades for security patches- Suggests ERP maintenance improvements and works as backup coordinator of daily/weekly/period routines and automation of processes as needed- Maintains updated documentation of all reconciliation types, scripts, SFTP/FTP, data storage, and server maintenance- Ensures data sources for new bots (or modifications to existing bots' sources) are updated in our Disaster Recovery Plans for ERP.**Education and or experience**- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science- Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP system administration or equivalent- Project Management experience- Intermediate knowledge of SQL server administration- Intermediate knowledge of SQL programming- Intermediate knowledge of Visual basic for scripting- Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal & written)**Preferred**- Experience with Trintech products: ReconNET, PeopleSoft, SAP- Experience writing process design documentation- Proficiency in database performance, maintenance, backup, and recovery processes- Experience with Visio, SharePoint 365, and Rocket Shuttle
