We’re looking for a Senior Android Lead Developer with 7+ years of experience to join a global team building scalable, high-performance Android applications.🏢 Work model: Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days home office (First month onsite for knowledge transfer)🗣 Languages: Fully bilingual – English & Spanish (technical English required)What You’ll DoLead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin & JavaCollaborate with global product, design, and engineering teams across time zonesIntegrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systemsOptimize apps for performance, stability, and securityConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersParticipate in Agile ceremonies with international teamsSupport production releases and incident resolutionStay up to date with the latest Android technologies and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of professional Android development experienceStrong proficiency in Kotlin and JavaSolid experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, WorkManager)Deep understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin)Experience working with global or distributed teamsStrong API experience (Retrofit, REST, GraphQL)Testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso)CI/CD, Firebase, and Google Play Store deploymentsExperience supporting production appsNice to HaveJetpack ComposeBLE, NFC, IoTARCore, ML Kit, CameraXHybrid flexibility in Santa Fe, CDMXWork with international teams and global productsModern Android stack & technical ownershipLong-term contractor opportunity👉 Interested or know someone who’s a fit?
