At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.For 140 years, we have developed innovative skin and body care products for well-known brands such as NIVEA, Eucerin, La Prairie, Hansaplast, and Labello.We act according to our purpose, WE CARE BEYOND SKIN, and take responsibility for our consumers, our employees, the environment and society.Behind every brand, every product and every accomplishment are our more than 20,000 employees.It is for them that we live a culture of inclusion, respect and trust that is strongly aligned with our values CARE, COURAGE, SIMPLICITY and TRUST.We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.**Your Tasks**:- Monitoring of Product Master Data flow & maintenance progress according to template process- Maintenance of various SAP views of material master in accordance with global standards- Monitoring & support on Lead Country process incl approval of Basic Data for the NART / GTIN creation and carton label creation- Monitoring & support on Product Passport release (tool for creation of Value added service products) and data maintenance for Bill of Material- Escalation of data maintenance or system defects vs template settings- Communication with Data Requester and gathers insufficient information to ensure data quality- Assuring Data quality according to Service level agreement- Ensuring monitoring and support on product lifecycle (product discontinuation)- Ensure adherence to template procedure and local responsibilities for the maintenance process of material master data documented it in local Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)**Your Profile**:- Solid SAP system skills in the area of Master Data Management / Data analytics (handling of relevant transactions, reporting, issue detection) in SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4 Hana environment- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced Excel skill set (i.e. V-Lookup, Pivot Tables).- Ability to organize, evaluate and follow-up on end to end data maintenance- Motivation to continuous improvement of processes and communication flows- High personal commitment to accuracy, reliability and quality- Good communications skills acting as confident business partner- Fluent English communication skills spoken and written, Spanish language of advantage**Additional information**:
