Maintain personnel information: Input and manage employee data within the HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors). Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, including background checks and access management. Manage office resources: Oversee supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. Ensure regulatory compliance: Guarantee adherence to local labor laws and internal company policies. Perform routine HR tasks: Administer leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, disciplinary meetings, terminations, performance and talent management, occupational health and safety, employee suggestions for office improvement, conduct exit interviews, and prepare insights for continuous improvement. Organizational Development and Culture: Improve organizational climate and culture, design and implement strategies to enhance corporate culture. Promote communication and engagement: Foster employee well-being and active participation. Drive change and continuous improvement: Promote organizational change, continuous improvement projects, conduct work environment surveys, and coordinate improvement actions. Talent and Performance Management: Handle full‑cycle recruitment, identify training and development needs, coordinate training programs, manage career and succession plans, implement and monitor performance evaluation systems, conduct workplace surveys and exit interviews. HR Matters and Analytics: Administer disciplinary matters and terminations, promote occupational health and safety, establish and analyze HR KPIs to propose strategic improvements in talent management. Qualifications Good English language skills (both spoken and written). CV required in English. Solid understanding of local labor laws & legislation. At least 2+ years of similar work experience in managing the full employee life cycle. At least 1+ year of experience and a successful track record in recruitment & headhunting. Can work independently in a dynamic, fast, results‑oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different people.
