Job Details Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Admin- L2 Pune, Posted:1/29/2026 Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will monitor the shared email inbox and respond to general user issues – working with the internal IT team to obtain approvals for change requests. You will also work closely with Salesforce Premier Support to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions. Job / Skills Requirements 5+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years working as a Salesforce Administrator Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform with functional knowledge of other areas of the Product Suite (Experience Cloud, Analytics Cloud, etc.) Manage all administrative functions, including user account maintenance, configuring flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, actions, custom settings, reports, dashboards, and other routine tasks to meet user objectives. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders, to understand feature requirements, development timelines, and release schedules. Proactively manage system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and optimizer. Develop automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Strong understanding of environment management, org strategy, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing work environment, either on a team or as an individual contributor. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player. Certifications Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Advanced Admin certifications would be a plus.
