¿Que harás? Dirección estratégica y roadmap : Define e impulsa la estrategia de productos de datos e inteligencia artificial enfocados en en áreas Martech (CRM, ESP, CDP, CMS, Attribution, Automation, SEO / SEM tools) ayudando a la toma de decisiones ejecutivas y optimizando los modelos operativos de los equipos del area. Análisis de datos : Usa SQL y Python y herramientas de visualización de datos (Looker, Power BI, SAS, etc) para análisis de datos y construcción de insights. Promover una cultura de toma de decisión basada en datos : Obtiene data relevante y realiza investigaciones profundas para fundamentar propuestas de solución. Gestionar el ciclo de vida del cliente (adquisición, activación, retención, cross-sell, winback) a través de journeys personalizados y omnicanal. Optimizar presencia digital en buscadores (SEO on-page / off-page, SEM / PPC campaigns) alineado con estrategias de adquisición y conversión. Colaborar con stakeholders (marketing, data, tech, negocio) para asegurar que las soluciones atienden tanto necesidades estratégicas como operativas. Evaluar y gestionar vendors y tecnologías (ej. Adobe, Salesforce, Twilio, Acoustic, Dynamic Yield, Meta, Oracle, Google Ads, Search Console, etc.), considerando decisiones de build vs. Buy. Definir KPIs y métricas de impacto Diseñar e implementar pruebas de hipótesis y experimentos A / B para optimizar journeys, contenido, keywords y campañas pagadas. ¿A quién buscamos? Experiencia comprobada (5+ años) en Product Management enfocado en Martech, CRM, Lifecycle y / o Performance Marketing. Conocimiento sólido en plataformas de marketing automation, CRM, CDP, ESP, CMS, attribution analytics. Experiencia en SEO técnico, SEO de contenidos, SEM / PPC y herramientas de optimización de campañas (Google Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Conocimiento profundo de arquitectura de datos, pipelines, modelos analíticos y dominio de herramientas como SQL, Python, Tableau / Power BI, y plataformas cloud (Azure y GCP). Experiencia con experimentos y optimización (A / B testing, incrementality, funnel analysis). Inglés avanzado (deseable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
