**Business Systems Analyst 1****Education : Bachelor Degree****Experience**:- **Strong english communications skills.**- **Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts into simple ideas.****Knowledge**:- **Basic ERP Systems, Oracle,**- **Basic Manufacturing Execution Systems, 42Q & rTO desirable.**- **Basic Repair & Logistics Processes**- **Basic Servers Architecture.**- **Basic Relational Databases.**- **Basic Network Infrastructure.**- **Basic Material Requirement Planning.**- **Basic Rapid Response,**- **Basic B2B Communication.****Skills**:- **Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.**- **Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and be available as required.**- **Proactive with a high sense of responsibility and accountability**- **Strong interpersonal skills required.**- **A keen eye for detail, research skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.****Responsibilities**:- **Collaborate in the implementation of existing or additional systems functionalities to meet business needs**- **Identity, analyze and clearly document complex business/user requirements/processes**- **Coordinate/participate/lead the design, development, testing, training, and implementation of effective, automated IT solutions.**- **Suggest changes in the use of the system to better meet customers' requirements.**- **Proactively report to management the status of assigned tasks and projects on a timely fashion.
