Job Opportunity: Inventory Manager, Industrial and Data Center ProjectsJoin the team at Turner & Townsend as an Inventory Manager.This role focuses on managing inventory operations across our data center facilities, ensuring seamless operation through accurate tracking, procurement, and management of IT hardware, infrastructure components, and facility supplies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage comprehensive inventory of servers, networking equipment, storage devices, cables, power supplies, and data center infrastructure components.Develop and maintain inventory management systems and procedures to ensure accurate real-time tracking.Coordinate with procurement teams to forecast demand, establish reorder points, and manage vendor relationships.Conduct regular physical audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of equipment and supplies.Collaborate with data center operations, engineering, and facilities teams to understand inventory requirements.Implement and optimize inventory control processes to minimize waste and reduce carrying costs.Manage asset lifecycle from procurement through deployment to decommissioning.Generate detailed reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and cost analysis.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding asset management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in technology or data center environments.Proficiency with inventory management software systems (ERP, WMS).Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.Knowledge of IT hardware components and data center infrastructure.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.APICS certification or similar supply chain credentials.Experience with RFID or barcode tracking systems.Familiarity with ITIL framework and asset management best practices.Previous experience in mission-critical facility operations.Company CommitmentTurner & Townsend is an equal-opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and actively encourage applications from all sectors of the community.We promote a healthy, productive, and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.Senior LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesConstruction, Civil Engineering, Business Consulting and Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
